Manuel Ussia
Manuel Ussia is the Managing Partner of HannoverReal. Prior to founding HannoverReal, he was involved in investment at JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle). In this and his previous roles, he brokered numerous investment properties across asset classes nationwide.
Manuel Ussia is a graduate of industrial engineering, specializing in real estate management (HAWK), as well as being a highly respected businessman within the real estate and housing industry. Overall, he has more than 20 years experience in the real estate industry. Manuel has worked for the following renowned companies:
JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle), Kemper´s, Nordcapital, Hochtief, Nassauische Heimstätte.

REWE “Green Building” And Service Center in Southern Germany
On behalf of a foundation, HannoverReal has acquired and brokered a retail and service center in southern Germany. The building was constructed according to the REWE guidelines “Green Building”. The basis for this was the high quality standards with regard to sustainability and cost economy for incidental costs. Other users of the property are various doctors, offices, pharmacies and a gym. The total floor space of the building is around 11,800 m². Customers and tenants have more than 380 parking spaces available.
Portfolio with Commercial Buildings in East Germany
On behalf of a nationwide Private Family Investor, HannoverReal has acquired and brokered a portfolio of numerous commercial buildings in East Germany. Major tenants include renowned tenants such as H & M, New Yorker, Fielmann, Rossmann, Depot and numerous other retail outlets. The Family Office has extensive stocks of retail properties and commercial buildings in prime locations in Germany. All properties are intended for all generations and long term for their own portfolio, which is constantly expanding through acquisitions. A long-term trusting cooperation was also the basis for a large number of successful transactions.
Residential Portfolio in Northern Germany
Residential complexes are often the foundation of any solid real estate portfolio. HannoverReal has also been operating successfully in this segment for many years and has brokered numerous residential complexes and portfolios nationwide to institutional investors. In marketing this North German residential portfolio, HannoverReal accompanied and coordinated the sellers in the sales process as part of an exclusive mandate. Our service included u.a. Location and market analysis, object analysis and evaluation, preparation of a marketing concept as well as the support of the entire marketing process up to the successful completion of the transaction.
New EDEKA concept store opens in Hildesheim
The food retail company EDEKA opens its first store in Germany with the new sales concept “EDEKA Express” in the pedestrian zone of Hildesheim. The new shop concept uses a sales area of around 180 m² and offers fruit, baked goods, salads, sushi variants, smoothies and specialty coffees to take away or to eat in the shop. In total, the customers have around 60 seats outside and inside with free Wi-Fi. HannoverReal advised EDEKA and brokered the retail space. We are delighted that EDEKA has trusted the experience and reliability of HannoverReal in the successful introduction of this new concept.
Retail Warehouse in West Germany
On behalf of an international real estate fund, HannoverReal has acquired and brokered a retail park in North Rhine-Westphalia. Users of the property are renowned retail tenants such as EDEKA, Rossmann, Deichmann, LIDL and KiK with long-term leases. The total floor space of the building is around 11,000 m². Customers and tenants have more than 320 parking spaces available.
