Manuel Ussia is the Managing Partner of HannoverReal and has been active in the real estate industry for more than 25 years.


His career has taken him from real estate project development at one of the world’s largest construction groups to acquisitions and fund structuring at various real estate funds, as well as the investment and transaction divisions of international brokerage firms. Early on, he learned what truly matters in successful real estate transactions: market knowledge, strategy, and trust.


Today, Manuel Ussia advises investors and owners across Germany on real estate transactions – always with the aim of enabling sound commercial decisions and achieving sustainable results.
As a graduate industrial engineer with a specialization in real estate economics and management (HAWK), and a qualified real estate professional (real estate and housing management), he combines financial precision with deep industry expertise. This combination makes him a reliable contact for investors, owners, and institutional market participants seeking professional, discreet, and results-driven real estate advisory services.
